The Role
Jewellery Designer
As a designer, you will have the creative freedom to transform exclusive concepts into market-ready luxury jewellery. Working independently, you will collaborate closely with our production team to ensure that every high-end piece is as structurally sound as it is breathtaking.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution
Develop detailed sketches and/or precise CAD renders for each upscale design concept.
Expert Consultation
Recommend premium metals, gemstone cuts and sophisticated finishing techniques to enhance the luxury and durability of each piece.
Collaborative Iteration
Actively engage in the revision process, incorporating feedback to refine designs within agreed-upon rounds.
Production Alignment
Coordinate with our manufacturing partners to ensure designs are production-ready and technically sound.
Timely Delivery
Manage your workload effectively to deliver high-quality, production-ready design files within project timelines.
Your profile
What We Are Looking For
Experience
2+ years of professional experience in luxury jewellery design—fine, high-fashion or bridal.
Portfolio
A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your design sensibility, technical proficiency and finished luxury pieces.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in JewelCAD, Rhino or Matrix; Matrix is highly preferred.
Artistry
Strong hand-sketching and rendering skills to communicate initial high-end concepts.
Technical Knowledge
A sound understanding of gemstone setting types and precious metal properties.
Credentials
Formal training in jewellery design—GIA, NIFT, IIGJ or equivalent—is considered a strong plus.
Soft Skills
Ability to work independently, meet strict project deadlines and communicate clearly in a collaborative environment.
